I write and translate content for companies that cater to consumers based in Andorra, Portugal, Spain, and the United States. Additionally, I can advise them by actively listening to, assisting with, and documenting their customer and user experience (CX/UX) in Catalan, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I have worked solo and as a team player/manager at companies from various locations, such as A Coruña, Barcelona, Chicago, Porto, and Salt Lake City. Currently, I combine writing blogs about intercultural communication and plural identities with servicing customers of a well-known home textile company.
