Nanah *B* Brenda Hi, I’m Brenda —and I am a Hue’man Being. I am animated and full of usable energy. I am an Energy-Sensitive Translator, A Reiki Practitioner, and a Fitness Professional/Entrepreneur. Through years of lived experience, research, and deep listening, I have discovered something new about the hue’man body—something I am now ready to share with the world. I have explored ways the body can heal through thought, awareness, and intention. Along the way, I uncovered strengths I didn’t know I had and talents that continue to surprise me. I dedicate my life to researching the hue’man being and documenting what I discover. I also dedicate my life to love, compassion, and beauty. I consciously seek these emotions within my body every day, and through that practice, I learn to see love, compassion, and beauty reflected back to me in the world.
