I am obsessed with food, and all things sustainable. To this end, I cook most things from scratch (although I do admit to the odd takeaway - I'm only human) and I have a garden in which I try to grow fruit and veg organically. I hate waste, but love leftovers, I never throw food out, and have 2 freezers to help me keep all this stuff in. I also am a tiny bit compost-obsessed.
