I moved to Brookln, NY over the summer from Central Jersey to be closer to work and explore all the most amazing city in the world has to offer. I work in NYC as an event planner for pharmaceutical events (Random...yes, I was an English major...enough said). At the age of 25 I find myself really soul searching and am in the process of figuring how to channel my desire to help people and just create a happier environment into a career. I enjoy yoga, writing, reading, psychology, wining and dining, traveling, and just learning something new everyday. This blog like anything else is somewhat of an experiment and an outlet to process a new chapter in my life. As much as I love NY the suburban Jersey Girl in me still thrives and I have been feeling a bit like a fish out of water some days.
