Through invaluable experience gained from running a highly successful blog and nonprofit, Edelstein’s social media passions continued to grow. Edelstein took on various freelance and in-house marketing jobs until she was hired as the sole event producer for Global Strategic Management Institute’s (GSMI) Social Media Strategies Summits, Mobile Marketing Strategies Summits, Social Media Legal Risks and Strategies Summits and Blogging Strategies Summit. Over the course of two years Edelstein was responsible for producing over 17 highly successful executive level summits. In addition, Edelstein was the Vice President of Social Media for GSMI overseeing all social media marketing efforts including being the senior editor for the GSMI Social Media Strategies Summit blog.
