Syed Ali

Syed is a seasoned Agile Coach / Project Manager & trainer. Having practical and hands on experience gives a key edge to Syed to share his knowledge with the audience using his real time examples and scenarios. Syed has more than 20 years of experience working as a leader, project manager and other various technical roles for the enterprises. Having strong technical and project management background for traditional and agile methodologies, Syed has managed multiple projects for his clients involving large sized teams and external parties. Syed is a certified solution developer (MSCD.Net) from Microsoft since 2003 and a certified project manager (PMP) from the Project Management Institute since 2005. Syed has a deep knowledge of scrum based development and agile project management and is helping his clients and community with successful projects implementations, coaching, trainings and taking part in discussions at various forums. He is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance. Syed has also worked in scaled agile environment and have received his credentials as SAFe SASM, SSM & SPC 4.5. As a trainer, Syed has training hundreds of students in various domains like PMP and Agile. Syed has trained the teams of large enterprises like Mercedes Benz, Southwest Airlines, Florida International University, Centrix, Miami Dade and The Sliverlogic. Syed is an active member in professional social networks like South Florida Agile Association and South Florida PMI Chapter. Syed was also a guest speaker at Code Camp 2013/2015, IT Palooza 2014, Agile Transformation Summit 2015 and PMI Professional Development Day 2016.
