I am a peace-loving, pro-choice, stay-at-home, freelance-writer mom with a husband in the Navy. That makes me a Navy wife, and honestly, I struggle with this role a lot, with the dichotomy of who I have always thought myself to be and who I am now. I am also very much into yoga and am working to develop my practice both on and off the mat. Ironically, the groundlessness of moving all the time with the Navy brought me to yoga, and in turn, cracked my whole world open.
